How to order
On line
Select product, spécify quantity and click on "Add selected produts to cart". When everything done, click on "checkout" button. Now, you must create a customer profil if you are a new customer, please complete the form before proceding payment process.

Availability
PecheSUD diligently to ensure the availability of its fishing tackles, and we make a regular update of our inventories. But we can not guarantee availability of a product, and our offer is therefore conditional on the availability of items. Pêche SUD takes no responsibility for any failures of stocks.
Pricing
All the prices are in Canadian dollars, excluding tax and shipping charges. The order must be fully paid and in one time. For delivery outside Canada, the costs of any customs or local taxes remain at your responsibility. Pêche SUD can reajust all product price on any moment.
Shipping charge
The shipping charge include a participation in the cost of handling and packaging plus postage cost. The geographical area and the mode of transportation chosen by the customer vary the shipping amount. Pêche SUD can consolidate separate orders and shipping will be charged for each of them. It is best to combine all of your articles on a single order.
Payment
We accept Paypal, credit card and Money Orders through our secure checkout. (We accept only PAYPAL payments with a confirm address), if you have difficulties with paypal pannel, clear all your cookies on your pc before ordering. All payments are made in Canadien dollar, all exchange rate are monthly updated. We don't accept manual credit card transaction, all credit card transactions made with SQUARE form require 24 to 36 hours delay before we proceed your order or you can come to pick up. (Avoiding credit card SCAM), you can also pay with INTERAC E-Transfer or cash.
Delivery
We can deliver to the address of your choice, nevertheless, we reserve the right to deliver to the address associated with your PayPal account for higher amounts and security matters. The delivery period includes the preparation of the package more time for delivery. The average time is 2 to 3 days for Quebec, Pêche SUD can be held liable in case of delay in delivery or out of stock.
Product return
The items sold by Pêche SUD are new and guaranteed against default for (90 days) Except "Fishing rod Guide". If your item arrives in a damaged or open carton it must be reported to Pêche SUD and the shipping company within 24 hours. All other defective items must be reported to Pêche SUD within 72 hours. We reserve the right to not replace the item and refunds will be issued. Restocking fees (%15) will be charged on all returned product + paid shipping charge. All goods must be returned in its original packaging (not damaged) including all accessories.

Tax calculation
The amount of tax depends on several factors, including the delivery address and type of merchandise purchased. All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian tax on goods and services (GST / PST). Orders shipped outside Canada are not subject or GST or PST in force in Canada, but they may be subject to taxes and customs duties in the destination country.
