✦ The method
Slow Pitch Jigging opens new horizons: fish vertically where predators actually live — on the bottom and throughout the entire water column.
Unlike speed jigging, this technique relies on a slow and precise rhythm. One pitch per second. The jig glides, hesitates, falls freely — imitating an injured baitfish that no predator can ignore.
Our lures were selected after years of field experience and prostaff feedback, tested in different seas around the globe. Effective in saltwater and freshwater for lake trout in summer.
Give a retrieval pitch (½ turn, ¼ turn). The rod bends and gently propels the jig upward with a smooth acceleration.
The rod springs back, releasing the jig in a whipping action. It shoots sideways in a horizontal position — maximum flash, strike triggered.
The jig falls while naturally wobbling with its own built-in vibrations. Impossible to replicate with any other type of lure.
The moment you feel the weight again, repeat. Strikes often occur during the fall or at the change of direction.
